Apple ilə daxil olub e-poçtunu gizlətmisənsə, istənilən ünvandan yaz, istifadəçi adını və mümkünsə Apple-ın Kovero üçün yaratdığı gizli ünvanı qeyd et (iPhone-da Settings → adın → "Sign in with Apple" siyahısında Kovero). Sorğunun sənə aid olduğunu yoxlamaq üçün onu app daxilindən və ya həmin gizli ünvan vasitəsilə təsdiqləməyini istəyə bilərik. Sorğunu 30 gün ərzində icra edirik.

Profilin (ad, istifadəçi adı, fotolar, bio, maraqlar, cins, doğum tarixi, ölkə), giriş hesabın və sessiyaların, yaratdığın planlar və icmalar, mesajların, şəkil, video və səsli mesajların, xatirələrin, səs otağında iştirak qeydlərin və otaqdaxili moderasiya qeydləri, reytinqlərin, hədiyyə və coin tarixçən, vəsiqə yoxlaması məlumatların (sənəd, selfi, nəticə), göndərdiyin şikayətlər, bildirişlərin, push tokenlərin, istifadə statistikası (istifadə hadisələri), reklam baxışların, kliklərin və reklamdan plana qoşulma qeydlərin.
Nə qalır və nə qədər
Aşağıdakılar təhlükəsizlik, qayda pozuntularının qarşısını almaq və qanuni tələblər üçün qalır. Müddəti hələ təyin olunmayanlarda bunu açıq yazırıq: belə məlumat yalnız şikayəti araşdırmaq, iddialara cavab vermək və təkrar sui-istifadənin qarşısını almaq üçün lazım olduğu qədər saxlanır.
Sənin məzmununa dair şikayətlər: şikayət olunan məzmunun o anki nüsxəsi (mətn, media linki, vaxt) və şikayətin səbəbi hesabına bağlı olmadan qalır (nüsxədəki daxili fayl yolunda hesab nömrən qala bilər). Sabit silinmə müddəti hələ yoxdur.

Bu qeydə yazılmış məzmun sübutu 12 aydan sonra silinir (təmizləmə ayda bir dəfə işlədiyi üçün 13 aya qədər); uşaq təhlükəsizliyi və qanunsuz fəaliyyət hallarında sübut qanunun tələb etdiyi müddətcə saxlanır.

Cihaz və e-poçt izləri: hesab qadağan (ban) olunubsa, ona aid e-poçt ünvanının SHA-256 heşi və cihazın identifikatoru (iOS-da identifier for vendor, Android-də Android ID) yeni hesabla təkrar sui-istifadənin qarşısını almaq üçün qalır. Cihaz identifikatoru heşlənmir, olduğu kimi saxlanır. Bundan əlavə, cihazın bir hesabdan digərinə keçməsi qeydi (cihaz identifikatoru ilə) ban olub-olmamasından asılı olmayaraq qalır. Sabit silinmə müddəti hələ yoxdur. Bu izlərdə ad və məzmun yoxdur, amma onları eyni cihaz və ya eyni e-poçt ünvanı ilə tutuşdurmaq mümkündür.
Texniki təhlükəsizlik qeydləri: şəkil yoxlamasının qeydləri (fayl yolu və qərar) və push token dəyişikliyi qeydləri; bəzilərində cihaz identifikatoru və ya keçmiş daxili hesab nömrən qalır, ad və məzmun yoxdur. Başqalarının mesajlarındakı surətlər: başqa istifadəçilərin sənin mesajlarına yazdığı cavablarda sitat kimi görünən adın və mətnin qısa surəti o mesajlar qaldıqca qalır. Digər istifadəçilərin bildiriş siyahısındakı önizləmələr 30 günə qədər qalır.
Moderasiya komandasının daxili bildirişləri (Telegram): şikayət və ya dəstək mesajı göndərmisənsə, vəsiqə yoxlamanın nəticəsi çıxıbsa, yüklədiyin məzmun işarələnibsə, planın və ya icman qayda pozuntusuna görə götürülübsə və ya canlı səs otağında texniki problem olubsa, komandaya bildiriş gedib. Orada adın və ya istifadəçi adın, plan və ya icma başlığı, yoxlama nəticəsi, işarələnmiş faylın yeri və yazdığın mətn (şikayətdə 300, dəstək mesajında 1 500 simvola qədər) ola bilər. Şəkil və vəsiqə sənədi ora göndərilmir. Bu bildirişlərin hələ sabit silinmə müddəti yoxdur.
Ehtiyat nüsxələr: bazanın ehtiyat nüsxələri təxminən 7 gün ərzində yenisi ilə əvəz olunub silinir.

Delete in the app
Open the Kovero app and sign in.
Go to Profile → ⚙ Settings.
Tap "Delete account" at the bottom and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and this cannot be undone. Your upcoming plans are cancelled and deleted.
If you can't access the app
Email support@kovero.app from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request" and include your username in the app. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, write from any address and include your username and, if you can, the hidden address Apple created for Kovero (on iPhone: Settings → your name → "Sign in with Apple" → Kovero). To check that the request is yours, we may ask you to confirm it from inside the app or through that hidden address. We process requests within 30 days.
Before deleting, you can ask for a copy of your data in a portable format (JSON): write to support@kovero.app from your account email. We answer within one month.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, username, photos, bio, interests, gender, date of birth, country), your sign-in account and sessions, plans and communities you created, your messages, photos, videos and voice messages, memories, voice room attendance records and in-room moderation records, ratings, gift and coin history, ID verification data (document, selfies, result), reports you filed, your notifications, push tokens, usage statistics (usage events), and your ad views, clicks and ad-to-plan conversions.
What is kept, and for how long
The following is kept for safety, to prevent rule-breaking and to meet legal obligations. Where no period has been set yet, we say so: such data is kept only as long as it is needed to handle a report, defend against claims and prevent repeat abuse.
Reports about your content: the copy of the reported content taken at the time (text, media link, time) and the reason for the report are kept, no longer linked to your account (an internal file path in the copy may still contain your account number). No fixed deletion period yet.
Messages you sent to support: the text of bug reports, contact messages and frame requests is kept, no longer linked to your account (attached screenshots and photos are deleted). No fixed deletion period yet.
Moderation record: a record of moderation actions taken on your account (what was done and when); the record also keeps your former internal account number. No fixed deletion period yet. Content evidence written into this record is removed after 12 months (up to 13, because that clean-up runs once a month), except in child-safety and illegal-activity cases, where it is kept as long as the law requires.
Content removed for breaking the rules: the evidence copy of removed files is kept for 12 months. Longer where the law requires it, in child-safety and illegal-activity cases.
Uploads waiting for a moderator: uploads that automatic screening hid and held for a moderator and that were not reviewed yet stay, with your former internal account number, until a moderator reviews them.
Device and email traces: if the account was banned, the SHA-256 hash of its email address and the device identifier (identifier for vendor on iOS, Android ID on Android) are kept to stop the same person returning with a new account. The device identifier is not hashed; it is stored as is. In addition, a log of when a device moved from one account to another (with the device identifier) is kept whether or not the account was banned. No fixed deletion period yet. These traces contain no name or content, but they can be matched to the same device or the same email address.
Technical security records: image-screening records (file path and decision) and push-token change records; some keep the device identifier or your former internal account number, with no name or content. No fixed deletion period yet. Images and videos are screened by our own software: your images, videos and messages are not sent to third-party AI services.
Voice room connection logs: may contain your internal account number or username; kept for up to 30 days.
Copies inside other people's messages: your display name and a short quote of your text inside replies other users wrote stay for as long as those messages exist. Notification previews in other users' inboxes stay for up to 30 days.
Internal alerts to our moderation team (Telegram): if you sent a report or a support message, if your ID check got a result, if content you uploaded was flagged, if a plan or community of yours was taken down for breaking the rules, or if a live voice room had technical problems, the team received an alert. It can contain your display name or username, a plan or community title, the check result, the file location of a flagged upload and the text you wrote (up to 300 characters for reports, up to 1,500 for support messages). Photos and ID documents are not sent there. These alerts have no fixed deletion period yet.
Backups: database backups are replaced by newer ones and deleted within about 7 days.
Technical error reports (Sentry): error and performance reports linked to your internal account number stay until Sentry's retention period ends.
How long data is kept while your account is active
Usage events: 180 days.
Notifications, edit history, voice room connection logs and in-room game actions: 30 days.
Read marks: 60 days.
Plan and request rate-limit logs: 90 days.
Shared chat locations: 6 hours.
ID images: until a decision (otherwise about 30 days).
Content blocked by automatic screening: 90 days after upload; items still waiting for a moderator are kept until they are reviewed.
Community memories that were rejected: 14 days; community memory upload logs: 7 days.
Media in chats of finished plans: 12 months.
Ad views, clicks and conversions: while your account is active.
Voice room attendance (who was in the room and when) and in-room moderation actions: with the plan, until the plan or your account is deleted.
Messages and other content: until you delete them.
Moderation records (reports, warnings, flagged uploads): as long as they are needed to handle the report, defend against claims and prevent repeat abuse; no fixed end date has been set yet.
You can also delete individual content (photos, messages, plans, posts) inside the app without deleting your account. To ask for specific data to be deleted, write to support@kovero.app.
