Nə silinir, nə saxlanılır
Silinir (geri dönməz): profil (ad, foto, bio, maraqlar), yaratdığın planlar/eventlər və icmalar, mesajların, şəkil və səsli mesajların, xatirələrin, reytinqlərin, hədiyyə tarixçən, coin balansın, push tokenlərin.
Saxlanıla bilər: yalnız əvvəllər qadağan (ban) olunmuş hesablara aid heşlənmiş identifikatorlar (e-poçtun SHA-256 heşi, cihaz ID) — sui-istifadənin təkrarının qarşısını almaq üçün. Bu məlumatla şəxsiyyətin bərpası mümkün deyil. Əlavə saxlama müddəti yoxdur — qalan bütün data dərhal silinir.
Hesabı silmədən ayrı-ayrı məzmunu (şəkil, mesaj, plan, post) app daxilində özün silə bilərsən.

Delete your Kovero account
This page is for users of Kovero ("Kovero — Plans & Meetups" on Google Play).
Delete in the app (immediate)
Open the Kovero app and sign in.
Go to Profile → ⚙ Settings.
Tap "Delete account" at the bottom and confirm.
Deletion is executed immediately and is irreversible.
If you can't access the app
Email support@kovero.app from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request" — we process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted (irreversibly): profile (name, photos, bio, interests), plans/events and communities you created, your messages, photos and voice messages, memories, ratings, gift history, coin balance, push tokens.
May be kept: only hashed identifiers (SHA-256 email hash, device ID) belonging to previously banned accounts — to prevent repeat abuse. Your identity cannot be reconstructed from this data. There is no additional retention period — all other data is deleted immediately.
You can also delete individual content (photos, messages, plans, posts) inside the app without deleting your account.
